We Met in College, Cheered for the Gators, Graduated, Got Jobs, Moved to the Big City (Atlanta, after a brief stint in Tampa/Winston-Salem, NC), Got Married, and Got a Dog... living the Yuppie American Dream. What more could two Southern twenty-something love-birds want?
Here's the list:
- Live on the water again...you can take the man away from the water, but you can't take the water out of the man. Does this adage work like this?
- Take Murphy everywhere we go.
- Specifically, take Murphy to: a) The Rockies, like John Denver; b)Seattle to see the cousins, and the Pacific Ocean (We also hear Portland & SF are nice...); c) San Diego, to visit Emily Gallentine & Sean & Katie Williams; d) NY - Put, to be exact; e)Newfoundland, CA to see Jackie, et.al.; f) Sweden, preferably with Helena, West & Co; g) Spain, in the Spring... I may be getting away from places we want to take Murphy, and just places we (read: Laura) want(s) to go...
- Have a family (Laura's timeframe - 5 years from now; Jay's - "so, about this time next year we can start..."
- Go to the Keys as much as possible
- Be a SC wild game master throughout every year's respective hunting season
- Catch some "big game" fish, and capture on film/SD card for posterity
- Keep painting/playing the violin
- Make it to as many Gator games a year as possible
- Convince Paige to make it to at least one Gator football game a year
... and the list goes on...
